I’m a nutritionist and fitness coach trained at top universities in Britain, Japan and Algeria. My pharmaceutical and scientific background allows me to ground every recommendation in the latest evidence and to evaluate your health and fitness by analysing clinical metrics such as blood-test results.
I specialise in helping women over 30 move from feeling exhausted, frustrated, overwhelmed, and out of touch with their bodies, to feeling strong, energetic, and confident again. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, or just reduce bloating and fatigue, together we tackle the hormonal shifts, time pressures, and mindset hurdles that make this stage of life uniquely challenging.
With 30 years' of international competitive experience in martial arts, I also design high-performance programmes for martial artists and athletes who need conditioning to increase their speed, mobility, and explosive power while avoiding injury in the short- and long-term.
